Feeding our gut microbiota with a delicious julbord!

This year's Christmas get-together with the group was a late lunch event at Skansen Krona Fortress. Situated on a step hill and within walking distance from our lab, this 17th century fortress offers a great view of the city of Gothenburg.
The "julbord" offered a lot of delicious traditional seasonal dishes. The buffet was lacking fiber and goodies for the microbiota, but very tasty:-)
