Today Fredrik Bäckhed will present “The Gut Microbiome in Cardiometabolic Diseases” as one of the speakers at the Nature Café Conference in London on “Modulating the microbiome to treat disease”.
A panel of distinguished experts will present insights from their research on microbiomes, followed by a discussion of the role of the gut microbiome in the development and maintenance of human health, and how this knowledge can be translated into targeted clinical interventions to treat disease. The meeting is organized by Nature Medicine and Nature Conferences.
